- Health information: symptoms, history, and reports you choose to share during a consultation.
- Booking and payment information: when you pay for counselling, payment is processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your full card or bank details.

- To arrange and provide your consultation or counselling.
- To give you medical advice, a plan, and any follow-up.
- To respond to your enquiries and manage bookings and payments.
3. The enquiry form and WhatsApp
Our website does not store form submissions on a server. When you submit the enquiry form, your message opens in WhatsApp so you can send it to us directly. Your use of WhatsApp is also governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy. Please avoid sharing sensitive details you would rather keep private until your consultation.
4. Third-party services
We use Razorpay to process payments and WhatsApp to communicate. These providers handle your information under their own privacy policies. Our website is served as static pages and does not run third-party advertising or tracking.
5. How we protect your information
Your health information is treated as confidential. We take reasonable steps to keep it secure and share it only as needed to provide your care or where required by law.
6. Data retention
Consultation records are kept only as long as needed for your care and to meet professional and legal obligations, and are then securely disposed of.

You may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. To make a request, please contact us.

Consultations for a minor should be arranged and attended by a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for the information shared.
